Anson Lee

United States Council for Automotive Research – Electrical Power Systems Working Group


Dr. Anson Lee is the Technical Manager responsible for the advanced development of electrical power & energy controls at FCA NA LLC(Fiat Chrysler Automobiles-North America-LLC). His responsibilities include the design & development of low voltage (<60V) electrical power systems.

Dr. Lee has been the technical group leader of advanced electrical and electronics systems development at Chrysler for over 30 years. He has also been the Chairman of the Electrical Power Systems Working Group at USCAR for over 10 years.

Dr. Lee holds a Ph.D. in electrical systems engineering from Oakland University, 2 masters degrees and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Massachusetts. He also holds 18 U.S. patents and he is an adjunct associate professor in electrical & computer engineering at Oakland University.
